The Scheme has been implemented in 32 States and Union Territories. 1393 procedures under 23 specialities are covered under the Scheme. Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana of the Government of India is a national health insurance scheme of the state that aims to provide free access to healthcare for low-income earners in the country. Roughly, the bottom 50% of the country qualifies for this scheme.
